Churchyard Footpath: Repairs have been completed. Minor remedial works are to be performed.
Highways: The Parish Council Chairman will meet with Essex County Council Highways, to request progress on a number of outstanding items of work, i.e. painting of primrose lines in Kirby Hall Road; the blanking out of signs to the youth hostel; removal of vegetation from Bayley Street pavement. An unauthorised white line in Crown Street will also be queried.
Graveyard: A faculty authorising work to repair two tombs has been granted by the Chelmsford Diocese. A notice has been posted to allow for any objections to be registered before works commence.
Recent Flooding in Sible Hedingham: A meeting is due to be held on 1st June 2009 with the Environmental Agency and the local MP to discuss this issue.
