Parking in Falcon Square - Notices to be put on cars that park without consideration are now in use.
Police Report - The Parish Council welcomed WPC D Coghill who has taken responsibility for policing in the area from PC D McMasters. The Parish Council expressed its thanks for the work that PC McMasters has done and wished him well in his new post.
Churchyard Footpath - Necessary repairs will be carried out when weather conditions permit.
Noxious smells from pumping station at Nunnery Street - Extensive work has been carried out at the station to address leakage of sewage. No noxious smells have been reported since these works.
Budget - The Parish Council agreed to set its budget at the same level as 2009/10 for next year- 2010/11.
Grass Cutting - Responsibility for grass cutting and allied works for land owned by Greenfields will be transferred from April 2010 from the Parish Council to Greenfields.
